Buckets on Wheels was created to help bring basketball skills training closer to the athlete. Many training programs offer service at a set gym/location. It is the mission of Buckets on Wheels to add convenience by offering mobile/meet up basketball training. Training is provided by Coach Kiel Myers, with over 5 years coaching in the Sacramento/Elk Grove region.

1x1 Skill Specifc
Student Athletes will work with Coach Kiel on fundamentals based on evaluation. These workouts cover a more broad range of skill building exercises. Player suggestions are always welcomed.
Buckets on Wheels Workouts
We will spend time on focus areas based on evaluation and player suggestion. Areas of specialization include: Shooting, Rebounding, Defense, Passing, Ball Handling, Conditioning and Agility.
Mobile
Team Training
Mobile Team Skills Training provided by Coach Kiel. He will lead a clinic/practice for active teams ages K-College. Buckets on Wheels offers team group training and team specialized training options such as: Team Shooting, Rebounding, Agility and Conditioning.
Every Student Athlete is different, and I believe all Skills Trainers and Coaches should adapt their teaching style to help their students reach their goals.
Develop Your Skills
Buckets on Wheels makes it easier for you to take advantage of high level basketball training without traveling to a set location. We can meet up at a local park, community center, a student athletes home with adequate court, or a gym provided by Coach Kiel or the student athlete.
