Buckets on Wheels (BOW) is proud to be an approved vendor with Visions In Education Charter School. This partnership allows eligible Visions families to use charter funds toward Buckets on Wheels basketball clinics, training sessions, and enrichment experiences.

Our mission goes beyond the court. Through basketball, we teach discipline, teamwork, confidence, leadership, and giving back — creating a fun and encouraging environment where every child can grow.

How Booking with Visions Works (Simple Overview)

Buckets on Wheels uses the Visions voucher system, which means:

• Parents do not pay upfront
• Services are paid through Visions-approved funds
• Booking is completed through a private BOW scheduling page
• BOW invoices Visions directly after services are rendered

Once approved, your child is officially enrolled in the session — easy and stress-free.

Check with your Visions Educational Specialist (ES) to confirm that you have available enrichment or vendor funds.

Step 2: Request a Voucher

Submit a vendor request / purchase order through the Visions system listing:
• Buckets on Wheels
• The specific session or clinic
• The total amount requested

Once your voucher is submitted or approved:
• You’ll receive access to our private Visions booking page

Create your account
Select your desired session or clinic
No payment will be required at checkout

Step 4: We Handle the Rest

• Track attendance
• Submit invoices directly to Visions
• Communicate with Visions if documentation is needed

What is the mission of Buckets On Wheels?

Our mission at Buckets On Wheels is to provide high-quality sports and recreation education programs that promote physical fitness, teamwork, leadership, and personal growth.

Do I pay anything upfront?

No. Visions families do not pay upfront when booking through our Visions booking page. Payment is handled directly through Visions once services are completed.

How do I get access to the private booking page?

Once you confirm you are booking with Visions funds, we will provide access to our private Visions-only scheduling page where payment is disabled.

What if my voucher hasn’t been approved yet?

You may still hold a spot while your voucher is pending. Final confirmation is subject to Visions approval and available funding.

What happens if Visions denies or delays the voucher?

If a voucher is not approved, parents will be notified before services begin. At that time, families may:
• Resubmit the request
• Choose an alternate session
• Or opt to self-pay if space allows

Can siblings be booked under the same voucher?

This depends on Visions funding guidelines and available funds. Some families may need separate vouchers per child. Please confirm with your Educational Specialist.

Who submits the invoice to Visions?

Buckets on Wheels handles all invoicing directly with Visions. Parents do not need to submit invoices.
